In memory of William G. Hamilton, MD

Dr. Hamilton was a world-renowned orthopedic surgeon specializing in the field of dance medicine, invited in 1972 by Balanchine to be New York City Ballet's orthopedist. Dr. Hamilton was awarded the IADMS Lifetime Service Award in 2011 for his enormous contributions to the field of dance medicine and science.
