About the endowment
IADMS is funded, in part, by donor gifts. In 2022 it was determined that an IADMS Endowment Fund is an integral step in the organization's growth and financial health. These gifts form a permanent source of funding that connects our multidisciplinary fields, from many diverse backgrounds, with opportunities at IADMS, now and into the future. Many endowments, including IADMS’, are structured to exist in perpetuity, meaning that the organization will continue to rely on the endowment’s earnings forever. Because of this, our endowment is not only for today’s generation but for all future generations in the field of dance medicine and science.
Endowment at work
Our endowment will support many aspects of our work, including the ongoing development of programs and services for researchers to clinicians to educators. Our endowment is crucial in our ability to drive initiatives and partnerships around the world that ensure dancers have a central, reliable source for all of their health and wellness needs. With your support and involvement, we are positioned to be a community of leaders in the field of dance medicine and science.
