IADMS Seeks Part-Time Finance & Operations Coordinator

The International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) is currently seeking a Finance & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This part-time, fully remote position is ideal for an experienced nonprofit finance or operations professional looking for flexible, meaningful work within a global organization dedicated to advancing the health, well-being, and performance of dancers.

Working closely with the Executive Director and Board Treasurer, the Finance & Operations Coordinator will support bookkeeping, donor stewardship, payroll administration, financial reporting, and organizational compliance. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of IADMS and supporting the organization's long-term sustainability.

Position Details

  • Part-Time (10 hours per week)

  • Fully Remote (U.S.-based applicants only)

  • Compensation: $20–25/hour

  • Flexible schedule

  • Immediate start

The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit bookkeeping and fund accounting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with financial and donor management systems.
